The Capitol Buffs

The capitol has a number of positions that players can apply for.
These positions are freely accessible, so all you have to do is apply to join the queue and enjoy the benefits of the position once it's your turn.

If there are more than 50 people in the queue, you go to the waiting list, which can hold up to 50 people.
Beyond that number, your application is blocked until the number of people on the waiting list falls below 100.

Once you have applied, you will see your exact time in the list and also by clicking on the clock in your database.
You'll also get a reminder message at the top of your screen 3 minutes before you get the job.

When it's your turn, you'll get 5 minutes of buffs for the secretary job you've selected.

Strategy secretary

• Increase hospital capacity +25
• Unit healing speed +25

This post is useful during the Alliance Duel Enemy Hunt on Saturday or the Conquest of the Capitol to increase the capacity of your hospitals.

Security Secretary

• Unit training cap +25
• Training speed increase +25

This position allows you to train more units for the same training time.
It's ideal during the Arms Race Unit Progression to increase your points.

Development Secretary

• Construction speed +50
• Research Speed +25

This position reduces the time required for a construction when you start it: this has no impact on constructions in progress.

Science Secretary

• Research speed +50
• Construction speed +25

This item reduces the time needed for a search when you launch it: this has no impact on searches in progress.

Secretary of the Interior

• Food production +100
• Iron production +100
• Increased coin production +100

Increases the resources you gain when you retrieve them from your base.

• You can only use the secretary position for 5 minutes.
• You cannot apply for several positions at the same time.
• If there is no-one in the queue after you, you will keep the secretarial position beyond the 5 minutes until someone takes your place. You will have the option of resigning after 30 minutes.
• If you leave the queue, you will have to wait 30 minutes before applying for the same position (but you can apply for another one).
