• Loot SSR or UR lorries: choose those with at least two UR fragments for a better chance of success.
• Send SSR or UR trucks
• Get 2 via the 3rd Arms Race chest (requires 18 badges to unlock)
• Finish 1st in the arms race to get 1 UR hero fragment
• Get them from legendary spots in thesecret mobile squad
• Get 1 from the 3,600,000-point Alliance Duel chest
• Get 1 from the 7,200,000-point Alliance Duel chest

Every week:

• Buy up to 5 in the alliance shop
• Buy some in the VIP shop (VIP level 11 required)

Monthly:

• Buy up to 10 in the honour shop(not recommended, prefer equipment schematics)
